TPP Holdings, LLC Privacy Policy

We at TPP Holdings, LLC (“we”, “us”, and “our”) know that your privacy is important. This privacy policy governs the manner in which we collect, use, maintain, retain, and disclose information collected from users (each, a “User”, also “you”, “your”) of our publicly available websites on which we post a direct link to this privacy policy (the “Sites”), and all other products and services offered by TPP Holdings, LLC.

Personal Identification Information

We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our Sites, register on the Sites, place an order, fill out a form, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Sites. Users may be asked for, as appropriate, name, email address, mailing address, phone number, and credit card information. Users may, however, visit our Sites anonymously. We will collect personal identification information from Users only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Users can always refuse to supply personal identification information, except that it may prevent them from engaging in certain Sites related activities.

Non-personal Identification Information

We may collect non-personal identification information about Users whenever they interact with our Sites. Non-personal identification information may include the browser name, the type of computer and technical information about Users means of connection to our Sites, such as the operating system and the Internet service providers utilized and other similar information.

Web Browser Cookies

Our Sites uses “cookies” to enhance User experience. Cookies are small text files placed on Users’ hard drives for record-keeping purposes and sometimes to track information about them. We use both session ID cookies and persistent cookies. A session ID cookie expires when you close your browser. We use session ID cookies to make it easier for you to navigate our Sites and to prefill in pages based on information already entered. A persistent cookie remains on your hard drive for an extended period of time. We set a persistent cookie to remember the last page you were visiting on our website. Users may choose to set their web browser to refuse cookies, or to alert you when cookies are being sent. If you do so, note that some parts of the Sites may not function properly.

We also employ a software technology called clear GIFs (a.k.a. web beacons/web bugs), that helps us better manage content on our Sites by informing us what content is effective. Clear GIFs are tiny graphics with a unique identifier, similar in function to cookies, and are used to track the online movements of web users. In contrast to cookies, which are stored on a user’s computer hard drive, clear GIFs are embedded invisibly on webpages and are about the size of the period at the end of this sentence. We do not tie the information gathered by clear GIFs to our customers’ personal identification information.

3rd Party Tracking Technologies

The use of cookies by our partners, affiliates, tracking utility company, and service providers is not covered by our privacy policy. We do not have access or control over these cookies. Our partners, affiliates, tracking utility company, and service providers use session ID and persistent cookies to make it easier for you to navigate our Sites, in order for you to use the shopping cart, etc.

Our third party partners employ clear GIFs, images, and scripts that help them better manage content on our Sites. We do not tie the information gathered to our Users’ personal identification information.

As is true of most web sites, we gather certain information automatically and store it in log files. This information includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and clickstream data. We use this information, which does not identify individual users, to analyze trends, to administer the Sites, to track users’ movements around the Sites and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole.

We do not link this automatically-collected data to personal identification information.
In our web-based software applications, IP addresses are tied to personal identification information to let us know who has accessed the file and if any changes have been made to data.
